Government Pensioners’ Life Certificate
The annual proof of life that keeps a Dominican government pension in payment.
Pensioners of the Government of Dominica living abroad must provide a life certificate each year. Without it, payment is suspended. The Consulate signs and stamps the certificate at no charge.
How to do it

Bring the form
Bring the life certificate form sent by the Treasury, or ask us for a blank one.
2
Attend in person
The pensioner must attend the counter with a valid passport or identity card. We can arrange a home visit where health prevents attendance.
3
We transmit it
The signed certificate is sent to the Treasury in Roseau and a copy is kept on file here.
