We are the Dominica Consulate in Kolonaki. We issue and certify consular documents, guide citizenship and passport applications, and run the Dominica maritime registry desk for Greece and the region.

Why this consulate
Athens to Roseau, without a middleman.
Two things make this office different. First, the citizenship desk and the maritime registry desk sit in the same building, so a shipowner who also wants a second passport deals with one file and one team. Second, we work in Greek and English and we deal with the Citizenship by Investment Unit in Roseau directly, so you hear the answer from us rather than from a chain of agents.
We also say no. If your case does not qualify, we will tell you at the first meeting rather than after the due diligence fee has been paid.
About the ConsulCitizenship by Investment
One of the oldest programmes in the world, and still one of the most careful.
Established in 1993 under Section 101 of the Constitution. Citizenship is granted for life, passes to future generations, and does not require you to live in or visit Dominica.

Appointments run Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 at Kolonaki Square. Bring passports for every applicant, proof of address, and anything already issued by another authority. Twenty minutes at the counter usually saves a month of correspondence.
