How to Apply for a Passport

First applications, renewals and replacements, all through this Consulate.

Who can apply here


Citizens by birth or descent living in Greece or nearby.

Citizens naturalised through the investment programme.

Parents applying on behalf of a child under sixteen.

What to bring


Completed passport application form, signed.

Original birth certificate, or certificate of naturalisation.

Your previous passport, if you have one.

Two recent passport photographs meeting the published specification.

Proof of address and a valid identity document.

For a child, both parents’ identification and their written consent.

Process

Appointment The counter checks the file and captures your details. Bring originals.

Transmission The application travels to the passport office in Roseau.

Production and return The passport is produced in Dominica and returned to the Consulate for collection or secure courier.
Adult validity Ten years
Child validity Five years, under sixteen
Lost or stolen Police report required before a replacement is issued
