Landing Card
The immigration form every arriving passenger completes.
The Commonwealth of Dominica landing card is completed by every passenger arriving by air or sea. It records your identity, your flight or vessel, the purpose of the visit, your address on the island and the intended length of stay.
Filling it in
Write in block capitals and match the spelling in your passport exactly.
Give the full address of your hotel or host, not just the town.
Declare the purpose of the visit honestly; business and holiday are treated differently.
Keep the detachable portion in your passport. It is collected on departure.
