The Honourable Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Roosevelt Skerrit has served as Prime Minister since 8 January 2004, and has been the Member of Parliament for Vieille Case since 2000. He is the longest serving Prime Minister in the country’s history and has chaired both the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States and the Caribbean Community.

Portfolios

As Minister of Finance the Prime Minister carries responsibility for the budget, customs and excise, inland revenue, public debt, international business and financial services, and the country’s relationships with regional and international financial institutions.
