Minister of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy formulates and carries out the foreign policy of the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica. It conducts diplomatic and consular relations, represents Dominica in international organisations, and negotiates bilaterally and multilaterally on the country’s behalf.
